How it’s worked before
In GTA 5, the recharge-ability cheat topped up whichever protagonist’s ability meter was active (Michael’s bullet-time, Franklin’s driving focus, Trevor’s rampage). GTA 6 has not confirmed an equivalent per-character ability system.
