Protection of Animals & Controlled Hunting is a wildlife regulatory agency due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, and its name is a deliberate joke: the acronym spells POACH. Judging by its title, the agency oversees wildlife protection and hunting rules across Leonida and maintains its own statewide vehicle fleet, including a police helicopter. It appears to parody the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
