An unnamed compact sedan that appears to be based on the Buick Skylark is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. It first showed up in white during a police shootout in Rockridge in the September 2022 leaks, then officially at an Arrow gas station pump in Leonard County in the first trailer and partially in a promotional website screenshot.
Real-world design influences
The compact sedan is primarily modeled on the 1992–1995 Buick Skylark. Its front lighting treatment combines cues associated with the first-generation Mercury Sable LS and the 1992–1996 Pontiac Grand Prix sedan. The visible side profile draws from the Oldsmobile Achieva SL, while the rear panel and taillamp arrangement incorporate elements of the first-generation Chevrolet Lumina.
The result is not presented as a direct one-to-one Skylark recreation. Different areas of the body take inspiration from several early-1990s General Motors sedans, with the Skylark serving as the main basis and the Achieva, Lumina, Sable, and Grand Prix contributing to specific exterior areas.
Confirmed GTA VI imagery
Footage from the September 2022 material provided close front- and rear-facing views, as well as a view along the car’s side. Those angles establish the mixed-source styling details, including the unusual front lightbar and the Lumina-influenced rear treatment.
Its official trailer appearance occurs at 0:50, where it is parked beside a fuel pump. Rockstar’s promotional website also includes part of the vehicle’s rear in imagery associated with Ambrosia. The known GTA VI material identifies it as a compact vehicle with a compact body classification; no manufacturer name, in-game price, trim designation, modifications, handling information, or earlier-series appearance is established by the available material.
