Is Franklin in GTA 6?

GTA 6 is a fresh start in the state of Leonida with two new protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Rockstar has revealed no returning GTA 5 characters, and Franklin is tied to Los Santos, which isn’t in GTA 6.

Rockstar’s HD-universe games share a world, so a small nod or cameo can never be fully ruled out — but as of now there is zero confirmation Franklin appears.
