Rockstar’s promotional website showed a blue Sugoi parked in Watson Bay, within the Grassrivers material. A separate Vice City image showed the side of a gray example at Vice Beach. These are the documented Grand Theft Auto VI appearances; neither image establishes its available trims, performance, or role in gameplay.

The main real-world reference is the FK8-generation Honda Civic Type R. Its bonnet, front bumper, and side profile also borrow heavily from the 2014–2021 Subaru WRX. The lower diffuser and centrally placed exhaust outlets may take cues from the second-generation Hyundai Veloster, while the C-shaped rear lamps recall those of the second-generation Chevrolet Volt.

In GTA Online, the Sugoi first appeared only during the “Getaway Vehicles” setup, then became one of the possible escape cars for The Diamond Casino Heist. The Valentine’s Day 2020 event made it purchasable through Southern San Andreas Super Autos for $1,224,000. The price fell to $918,000 after a player led the heist and used a Sugoi as the getaway vehicle.

Taliana Martinez could allocate two modified Sugois among four possible vehicle sets for the heist, and hiring her as driver could lead to a request to steal them. Enemy attackers also used the model in Vespucci Canals Survival. It was a Casino Lucky Wheel prize during the July 2020 Part 3 bonuses event.

Its styling combines a conventional hatchback shape with a deep black front splitter, small outer fins, mesh openings, a wide bonnet intake, side vents, extended skirts, and broad wheel arches. The grille and headlamp layout resembles the Dinka Jester. At the rear, a lip spoiler sits above a bulky tailgate, while lower vents, four diffuser blades, and twin centre exhaust pipes occupy the bumper’s black lower section.

The cabin uses the same interior as the Jugular, itself related to interiors fitted to the Nero, XA-21, V-STR, and Revolter. Its rear seating resembles the Schafter, Tailgater, and Super Diamond arrangements, but includes headrests. The gauge cluster comes from the Komoda family, which also has links to the Sultan and Kuruma.

Bodywork and stitching take the primary paint colour, while the skirt accents use the secondary colour. An interior trim choice affects the dashboard, horn pad, portions of the doors, and seats. Standard wheels are ten-spoke rims on low-profile tyres; their wheel design is listed as “Sugoi Concave” in the Street category. Black versions occurred only on naturally generated Content Creator examples or the Lucky Wheel reward.

For the GTA Online version, the engine cover indicates a V8 driving the front wheels through a six-speed transmission. Its engine audio is shared with the Bifta and Kuruma. Launches can involve substantial wheelspin, and the car has respectable acceleration and maximum speed, but rapid turns can cause severe fishtailing unless braking or handbrake use checks it.

Durability is only average, and other Sports-class vehicles generally surpass it, especially through corners. Its analogue and digital speed readouts also disagree: the digital display reaches roughly 106 mph, while the analogue dial indicates around 120 mph.
