Journey II

A beige Journey II is visible only in part while parked at Watson Bay. The appearance comes from a screenshot associated with the Grassrivers area, placing the vehicle in the grassrivers region. No trailer timestamp, gameplay sequence, or further GTA VI-specific configuration is identified.

The GTA VI image confirms the model’s presence in that setting, but the screenshot does not establish its available colours, interior state, performance, purchase method, or whether its variable equipment carries over from Grand Theft Auto Online.

The Journey II is the cleaner counterpart to the regular Journey. Its basic motorhome shape remains tied to Winnebago motorhomes, as with the original vehicle. The same wheel pattern is retained, along with a two-part colour layout: the upper side area and awning-frame sections use the primary colour, while much of the body and the upper stripes use the secondary colour. Lower side stripes are governed by the trim colour.

Cleaning did not remove every sign of age. Damaged plates, corroded rims, and wear in the rear cabin remain. The interior loses the rubbish, posters, and dirty wall and floor surfaces found in the regular Journey, while the inside face of the side door is white rather than brown. Curtains may appear either drawn or open, and the rear ladder is not fitted on every example.

The Journey II arrived in Grand Theft Auto Online with the Los Santos Drug Wars update, under the Zirconium name. It is listed in the Vans class in GTA Online, although its body type is a medium truck. Version 1.64 records its addition to Southern San Andreas Super Autos, and later listings place it on the Lucky Wheel podium and in the Premium Deluxe Motorsport showroom.

Southern San Andreas Super Autos sold it for $790,000. Completing First Dose 1 – Welcome to the Troupe reduced that price to $592,500. That mission requires the player to recover Dax’s stolen Journey II, and Dax can subsequently provide his own Journey II when called for transport. He is the vehicle’s identified owner.

Completing Tier 4 of Los Santos Drug Wars in Career Progress, introduced with the San Andreas Mercenaries update, awards another Journey II. That reward uses a livery and custom licence plate recalling Omega’s trailer home. Named paint schemes include “Cooking Time,” derived from the RV design in Breaking Bad, and “Capital M,” which draws on the 1976 Winnebago Chieftain and 1975 Winnebago Indian.

Mechanically, the Journey II uses the regular Journey’s handling data. Its front wheels are driven by a compact, single-cam, turbocharged V6 mounted beneath the van and connected to a four-speed transmission. The engine is easier to inspect with Rockstar Editor’s Free Camera. Its sound is relatively loud and has a tone comparable to the BF Injection and Dune Buggy.

Acceleration and handling are described as acceptable because of the diesel’s torque, while maximum speed is ordinary. The vehicle can absorb damage, but its weight makes it poorly suited to escapes. At higher speeds it tends toward strong understeer; sharp steering at medium or high speed can also roll it onto its side because of its high centre of gravity.

Rather than replacing the original Journey with a new mechanical model, the Journey II largely revises its condition and presentation. It keeps the original’s wheel design, random curtain positions, optional ladder, engine arrangement, gearbox, front-wheel drive, engine sound, and handling behaviour. The principal change is the removal of accumulated clutter and grime from the cabin and exterior presentation.

The promotional Journey II marking resembles Winnebago Motorhome branding. Its Tier 4 Drug Wars Career Rewards description also reuses the regular Journey’s Warstock advertisement text.
