The four-axle variant of the HVY Mixer is a large cement-mixer truck from Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online that is due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. It appeared in the September 2022 leaks driving through Port Gellhorn in red alongside sightings of the base variant, and its Biff-derived cab and hood closely resemble the Kenworth T800.
GTA VI footage limits
The four-axle Mixer’s GTA VI evidence is limited to a September 2022 leak clip. It was visible travelling north on a Port Gellhorn road, passing the local Gas Stop location. The truck shown there wore a red finish.
No trailer appearance, official screenshot, promotional image, or further GTA VI region has been identified here. The footage establishes the vehicle’s presence in Port Gellhorn, but does not provide GTA VI handling, purchase, modification, or spawn information.
Four-axle construction layout
This version retains the Biff’s three-axle chassis arrangement and adds a fourth axle at the back. That extra rear tag axle is intended to steady the truck, although it does not function in gameplay.
Its front end differs from the Biff through rounded front fenders and a pair of circular lamps placed on either side of the hood. On the Biff, the headlights are set into the fenders instead. The four-axle truck is also marginally larger than the smaller Mixer variant.
Paint and mixer variant
Unlike the smaller Mixer, the four-axle model uses one shared colour across both its cab and mixing drum. The smaller version is therefore the direct comparison for its size and paint treatment, while the Biff supplies the underlying chassis and much of the cab architecture.
The vehicle is an HVY product and is classified as an Industrial vehicle in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online. Its body type is Heavy Truck. The police-scanner recordings use “Skiver” when identifying its maker, which indicates a company name rather than the listed manufacturer.
GTA V road presence
In Grand Theft Auto V, this Mixer could be encountered around the Port of Los Santos. A parked example was also placed by a Sandy Shores house, one block northwest of Trevor’s Trailer.
Both Mixer versions belonged to the CARS_CONSTRUCTION and BUILDING_SITE_TRUCKS vehicle model sets. These sets commonly supplied vehicles entering or leaving construction areas, as well as trucks left parked around those locations.
Mechanical behaviour
The larger Mixer has its own handling entry in the game files, but it behaves the same as the other Mixer in play. It is a heavy, slow industrial truck with middling acceleration and maximum speed. Its weight lets it push other traffic aside, though it cannot force its way through everything.
A turbocharged inline-four sits under the hood. Power goes to the rear wheels through a four-speed transmission. Its engine audio is shared with the Phantom and the Rubble, placing it alongside those trucks in sound design rather than giving it a unique engine note.
